These Terms of Service govern your use of pool-cleaning-los-angeles.com (the "Site") and the pool and spa services provided by Pool Cleaning Los Angeles ("we," "us"). By using the Site or scheduling service, you agree to these terms. A written service agreement or invoice for a specific job controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Services

We provide residential and commercial pool and spa cleaning, water chemistry, maintenance, inspection, and equipment repair and replacement in Los Angeles County. The scope, schedule and price of any service are confirmed with you before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free and based on the information available at the time, including pool size, condition, equipment and access. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will explain the difference and confirm a revised price before continuing. Repair quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Recurring Service, Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Recurring service does not require a long-term contract and continues month to month until either party cancels.
• You may cancel recurring service at any time by calling us. Services already performed remain payable.
• Visits may be moved for weather, holidays or safety. We will reschedule as soon as practical.

First Clean Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first recurring service visit, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and you will not be charged for it. The guarantee applies to the first routine cleaning visit for a new recurring customer and does not cover chemicals, parts, equipment, or one-time specialty services such as green pool cleanups, acid washes or repairs.

Access, Pets and Safety

• You agree to provide safe access to the pool and equipment on the scheduled day, including gate codes or keys.
• Please secure pets during service. If we cannot safely access the pool, the visit may be counted as completed or rescheduled.
• Pool chemicals are added according to label directions. Follow any swim-wait guidance we provide after chemical treatments.
• You remain responsible for supervising swimmers and for pool barriers, alarms and other safety equipment required by law.

Equipment, Parts and Warranties

New equipment and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship on repairs and installations is warranted as stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, power surges, freezing, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or work performed by others.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including aged or failing equipment, deteriorated plaster or tile, hidden plumbing leaks, or structural issues, although we will tell you about any we notice. Draining a pool carries inherent risks for some pools, such as hydrostatic pressure; we will discuss these before any drain is performed.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Recurring service may be billed monthly. We may pause service on past-due accounts after notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Quote requests made through the Site are subject to our Privacy Policy, including how form submissions are processed by our form provider.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
